Course Reflection

I learned a lot from this course. At first, I was very nervous about all of the assignments, but as time went by, I began to really enjoy them. I feel that I have acquired great knowlege that will help me be a better teacher. I would say that a weak point for me in this class was the discussion questions. I didn't purchase a physical book, I used the online version and it made it a little harder for me to read and "dig" like I needed to in order to write better discussions. I like the interaction between my peers and my instructor. Dr. Wang, I sincerely wish that all of my instructors had been as involved in my learning experiences as you were. Thank you for teaching an AWESOME class. I really appreciate it! I used email the most of all of the communication tools available to us. I liked having emails from the course shell go directly to my school email account. I was not available to access the Voice Board or Live Classroom in this class. I have, however, accessed it before and it is a very useful tool also. Thanks again Dr. Wang for being patient and understanding!

Turnitin

I actually liked the turnitin assignment. I didn't know any such thing existed. It just so happened that a reading/language teacher was in my room letting his class do research for a veteran's essay while I began working on this assignment. I told him all about it and he seemed very interested in looking into it also. I think this is awsome.

My Google Group Reflection

I still haven't figured out exactly how to post questions in the google group, but I do know how to respond to them. I guess I should be happy I can at least do that much! :-) I do find it interesting discussing issues with my google group. I would love it a lot more if I could access gmail and my blog from work. My school district has blocked so many things that I feel cut off from the outside world. I just have to wait until I get home and get things kind of settled down before working on my school assignments. It makes it rather hard, especially with both boys being involved in football and my husband coaching my oldest sons team. So, just bare with me. I'll get stuff posted. I am having the most difficult time trying to put music to my movie. I really enjoyed putting the movie together and doin the narration. I do have a cold, so I sound kind of ignorant on the narration, but hey, I got it done. Any suggestions on how to add music?

When I go to edit profile, it shows my picture, but when I pull up my bloggspot page, it doesn't show my picture. Any ideas? Maybe I broke it!!??!!

Yay! I figured out how to upload my picture. It's from last year, but that's all I have. I am the picture taker not the one having my picture taken. When football gets into full swing, I'll have another one taken and update.
